How Conyvex sells on your behalf

Conyvex is a global payments and tax platform. On qualifying transactions, Conyvex LLC processes and sells the product to the end customer on the merchant's behalf, appears as the merchant on the customer's receipt and statement, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT and GST. The merchant that builds the product keeps ownership of its intellectual property, brand and customer relationships. See our Terms of Service for the full description of this relationship.
